Job Summary:
As a service consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers. You will be responsible for communicating with service customers during the entire service visit. You will estimate repair costs and make recommendations based on customers’ needs. The goal is to maintain great CSI.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional service experience

Listen to customer concerns, assess their needs, and document service requests accurately

Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs, providing detailed cost estimates

Serve as a liaison between the customers and the service team to ensure timely updates

Maintain accurate records of services performed, customer preferences, and follow-up activities

Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle assessments

Monitor work progress and communicate any delays or changes to customers promptly

Strive to exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks and contribute to dealership goal
